Kanha Furniture Company operates showrooms in Patna, Saran and Gopalganj, Bihar, and sells through kanhafurniture.com and our WhatsApp Business number. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse the site, place an order, or message us, and what we do with it.

From your account and orders

• Your name, email address and phone number, when you create an account.
• Delivery address and order details, when you place an order.
• Complaint details and photos, if you report an issue with a delivered product.

From WhatsApp

• Your WhatsApp phone number, whenever you message our business number.
• The content of what you send us — text, images, documents — so we can reply and, where relevant, look up your order.
• Delivery and read status of messages we send you, reported to us by WhatsApp.

We do not collect payment card details ourselves — payments are handled by our payment processor at checkout.

• To take, confirm, and deliver your order, and to send you order and delivery status updates.
• To answer questions you send us, on the website or on WhatsApp — including automated replies that look up an order by your phone number when you ask where it is.
• To handle a complaint you raise about a delivered product.
• To send occasional offers or festival updates on WhatsApp — only to numbers that have agreed to receive them (see §4).

We only send marketing or promotional messages on WhatsApp to numbers that have agreed to receive them — by messaging us first, filling in a form that named the business, or signing up in a showroom. Placing an order does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing messages.

You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp. You will still receive transactional messages tied to an order you place — order confirmations and delivery updates — since those are part of fulfilling the order itself, not marketing.

We send and receive WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta processes the content and delivery metadata of these messages on our behalf, as our messaging service provider, and under its own data-processing terms. We don't control how Meta itself uses that data, and Meta's own privacy notices — available on WhatsApp's and Meta's websites — describe that separately from this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Meta, to deliver and receive WhatsApp messages (§5).
• Delivery partners, to the extent needed to get an order to your address.
• Our payment processor, to complete a checkout payment.
• Government or legal authorities, where we are required by law to disclose it.

We keep account, order and message records for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as needed to resolve disputes, honour our product guarantee, or meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations.

The site uses only essential cookies — to keep you signed in and to remember items in your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

• Update your name, email or phone number any time from your account profile.
• Opt out of WhatsApp marketing messages by replying STOP (§4).
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by reaching us through any channel in §11.

Our products and services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
